Be encouraged

Sometimes you just need a bit of a pick me up and this is one of those moments. I was scouring online and came across this great quote, so I had to share;

"One of the most beautiful gifts in the world is the gift of encouragement. When someone encourages you, that person helps you over a threshold you might otherwise never have crossed on your own".
